It's Autumn and as the weather (slowly in some parts) changes over to brisk, Fall days the need for boots or booties becomes a must. We found ourselves a bit overwhelmed with which ones to choose, so we lined em' up to get a better view.

Spotted around the office: Seychelles shoe designer Miranda and PR Director Elaine, stepping out in our Theory boots. These beauties are so popular around the office. They're so versatile, you'll love them no matter what your personal style is. Go vintage romantic in a lace dress or streamlined in a polka dot blouse and black skinnies, you can't go wrong.

Yesterday model and makeup artist Megan Porschen stopped by our office for a visit. She was dressed to perfection in this modern bohemian look, looking cozy and layered for a California winter. We love the way Megan wears our "Stakeout" boots. She says they're the perfect boots and she wears them with everything! What do you think?

In the spirit of the androgynous looks we've seen on the streets and runways for Fall 2011, we're turning our attention to the guys. It's impossible not to find style inspiration in the classic Mick Jagger. With his slim slacks, tailored vests, blazers and polished hats, he is the epitome of a refined rock star.

It's the question we all ask ourselves around this time of year. Do I need to bring a jacket? Potentially yes so grab one and go. (Just make sure it flows with the rest of your outfit.)
