With Cloth, you can snap photos of your favorite outfits on your iPhone, place them in categories like everyday, vacation or work. Our TYPEWRITER wedges are one of our new featured styles and so many of you have let us know just how much you love them! To celebrate that (and so much more) we paired them with a holiday-inspired outfit perfect for this Christmas weekend and whatever you have in store for New Years. 

Can you believe we're almost closing the 2011 chapter! Cheers to time spent with family, a day or two of rest and a new clean slate come 2012.

Baking 101.

Every year when the holidays come around, we get in the mood for baking. Whether it be cookies, or scrumptious pies; we always have our expectations set high. 

What we fail to remember is, we're not blessed with the ability to throw a couple things together and create a masterpiece; we need guidance and A LOT of it. 

So we collected amazing sounding recipes, taken from the always yummy Smitten Kitchen and we're looking forward to trying our hand at some over the holiday break. We'll keep you posted with how it goes. (fingers crossed)

Yesterday model and makeup artist Megan Porschen stopped by our office for a visit. She was dressed to perfection in this modern bohemian look, looking cozy and layered for a California winter. We love the way Megan wears our "Stakeout" boots. She says they're the perfect boots and she wears them with everything! What do you think?

Happy Holidays! If you are like me, you are probably scrambling for gift ideas and preparing for the holidays. We've been obsessed with Matt & Julie Walker, the husband and wife team and creative geniuses behind TIGER IN A JAR for almost a year now. Like all healthy relationships, (ahem obsessions) we try and let a little time go by in between check-ins so we're pleasantly surprised at what newness they have created for us to swoon over. 


Well....they've done it again. A perfectly made, beautifully shot, gift guide filled with treasures and treats one can create and make for their loved ones DIY style. This literally could not be more us!!

Ode to Burgundy.

We're definitely in a festive mood as of late and to help continue that along, we decided to build a look featuring one of our "in love with at the moment" colors, Burgundy. 

To be specfic, Burgundy is a rich, blue under-toned red, works back with everything and is the perfect color to sustain you through the dreary weather months of Winter. Don't you agree?

Closet Visit + Jeana Sohn

Wouldn’t it be nice to take a peek into the closets of stylish women? 

Artist Jeana Sohn does just that with her website Closet Visit, taking us into a world of beauty and inspiration.  Founded in 2010, Jeana photographs the closets (and the things that go in them) of fashionable women all over Los Angeles.  There are inspirational outfits, gorgeous designer pieces, amazing vintage finds, sparkling jewels, and fabulous shoes to be seen.   Included with the beautiful photos are interviews about style, favorites, and some fashion advice.  Jeana Sohn along with Claire Cottrell also introduced two short films this year for Closet Visit that are simply breathtaking.  Watch them below, and once you have fallen in love with the beauty of the films, wander over here to start some closet visiting.  And, when you are done with that, check out Jeana's blog, art site, and photography site for some more loveliness.

Kinfolk Magazine Volume Two.

We have definitely touted this before but we're going for it again. We LOVE Kinfolk magazine. It's an amazing new resource for us to ooh, aah and swoon over. 

Volume Two will be released next Monday, December 12th and this time it's focus is on spending time with family and friends during the Winter and Holiday months. We're so excited!!

Holly's Holiday Inspiration

Once Thanksgiving is over, it's already time to start planning for the holidays. I've been taking a peek around online to find the perfect holiday outfit, and found these pieces that would transition perfectly from Holiday Shopping to Holiday Party! Since I'm based in Los Angeles we can get away with shorts and dresses in the winter, but these pieces would also look great layered with tights and a chic coat! You can bet I'll be pairing some of my favorite Seychelles shoes with my outfits this season!
