New York Photo Diary

I've been in New York for the past week, and I couldn't be happier to be back in the big apple. I arrived last Thursday just in time for Fashion's Night Out, and I have another week here before I head out to Chicago. Here are some snapshots from my trip so far.

1. Fashion's Night Out at Elie Tahari with my friends Kristy and Kim.

2. A delicious pistachio cupcake from Sugar Sweet Sunshine, one of my favorite NY bakeries.

3. I had the incredible Rotisserie Duck dinner at Momofuku.

4. I went to visit my friend Eddie at his new Baohaus location and tried the new Breakfast Bao and Oyster Po Bao. The Oyster is definitely my new favorite!

5. Stopped by Soho House to check out the Wildfox Couture presentation.

6. I co-hosted a birthday dinner for my friend Keiko! Happy Birthday!

Seychelles Night Out.

Anna Wintour's brainchild, Fashion's Night Out was a huge success again last night. Launched as a way to make fashion a little less serious and more light-hearted, the event is now a worldwide phenomenon. (Does Anna ever misstep??)

We partook in a little city called Manhattan. Our lovely ladies strolled, danced and paraded around SOHO wearing hats fashioned with some of our newest Fall styles. We had a blast, they had a blast, you had a blast, all in the name of fashion. It's essentially the perfect evening.

Did you see us? If so we want to know all about it. Connect with us on Facebook and Twitter and send us your images and street shots. Let's keep the party going.

FNO 2011 - See you in the Street.

Yes, it's happening. Seychelles will be hitting the streets (literally) for Fashion’s Night Out in a theatrical procession around Soho. The illustrious Candis Cayne will lead a line of models wearing “Philip Treacy” inspired hats created entirely out of our latest “must-have” shoe styles.

What’s in it for you? Because one can never have too many shoes, we will be offering New York’s most fashion-forward crowd discount cards for seychellesfootwear.com and many photo opportunities to click and share with us on Facebook and Twitter. It will be a must see spectacle!

Don’t let the fun stop there, please check in with us on Twitter @seychellesshoes to get updates on where you can find the procession during the evening. We’re excited to meet you!
