I forgot how great our rooftop was until the Seychelles team decided it was the perfect spot for their Spring photoshoot! I tend to spend most of my days at work stuck inside the office downstairs, but there is an incredible view right upstairs. The other tenants in our building have cultivated this garden on the roof filled with every succulent imaginable. I took a little break from work today and hung out with my raccoon friend & snapped these photos. 
I'm so ready for my summer vacation! I've been wearing these Snarl sandals for the last year, but have been on the lookout for a new pair. Which ones are your favorite? I'm loving the Star Gazer and Iris sandals right now!

Beauty 101: Nail Polish

Before we proceed with this post, we have a few questions to pose at our nail polish lovers. These questions will determine whether or not you're a true nail polish devotee. 

1) Do you paint your nails religiously every Sunday? 

2) Are you bothered by the sight of chipped nail polish? If yes, do you find yourself premptively apologizing once the sheen of new nail polish has come off? 

3) On a scale of 1 to 10, 1 being "I could care less" and 10 being "I'm obsessed", how deep is your love for nail polish? Are manicures a necessity, like gas and phone expenses, or a luxury done only for weddings and special events?

4) I have trouble throwing away old deteriorated bottles of nail  polish e.g. resembles old glue. True or False

If the overwhelming majority of you answered Yes and True to the above survey, not only are you probably OCD but you have a serious nail obsession. You are amongst friends now. How To Wear: A Pink Story

Growing up in the 80s was rough no doubt about that. For you lucky children of the 90's, we'll paint you a picture of the fashion nightmare.

The Mullet: A versatile look that was simultaneously business and party (in reality it was  just ugly).

How, you ask, did an entire era jump on the fugly bandwagon? We blame it on Lisa Frank. This creative genius made her multi-millions off of pictures of puppies dipped in rainbow brights and fluorescent neons.

Today, we pay homage to Lisa Frank and the 80's. From neon pink scarves in chiffon to fuchsia stained sandals, we give you the new, edgy (better) way to wear one of our favorite hues.

Many modern women have adopted a dreadful and misleading label of being high maintenance. You know the type. It usually describes the women who rush around for three hours (or three days) prior to an event obsessing over every article of clothing. Desperately striving for aesthetic perfection so that she can declare that she was the single most unique silhouette at the party. The worst thing that could happen is showing up to said affair to find that the girl standing next to you had the same idea and is rocking the same dress.

Bright + Flirty: An Accessories Story

My love for watermelon knows no bounds, and so does my insatiable craving for our flirty bright 'Aloof' heel. It's the perfect marriage of subdued beige, sour lime and sweet tangerine.

So the normal conundrum faced by many a fashionista is which city does it better; Los Angeles or NYC? While there are great arguments for both sides; we're remaining neutral and celebrating both tomorrow at two separate but equally fabulous event soirees.

Office Style: Miranda, Senior Designer, Seychelles Footwear

All eyes are on Miranda's superb sense of style this week. She's a total head turner and that's obvious to anyone who crosses this fashion mavens path.
